How do I cancel my Cineville membership?
Please take into consideration our mandatory minimum membership term of 4 full calendar months. Only after this period it is possible to cancel your Cineville membership. We also have a notice period of one full month, which means that your membership will always end on the last day of the next month when you cancel it. For example: when you cancel your membership September 22nd, your membership remain active until October 31st.
- Log in on our website (not possible in the app)
- You'll find your active Cineville membership under Membership, click Cancel below your card number
- Select your preferred end date and click Continue
- After this, click Confirm to confirm your cancellation.
You will always receive a confirmation email that includes your end date. The last debit will take place at the beginning of your last membership month.
