Help, I've lost my card
It's easy to request a new card in your online account.
- Applying for a new Cineville card is only possible on our website, not in the app. Go to website and log into your account.
 - Under Membership you'll find your active Cineville card. Click I lost this card
 - Complete the €10 iDeal payment.
 
Once the previous steps are completed, it is done! We've blocked your lost card and you'll receive a new Cineville card at the postal address in your account as soon as possible. You'll immediately receive a new temporary Cineville card in your email, or you can download this from your account. You can use the temporary card until your new card arrives.
