How can I reactivate my Cineville card?
How nice to hear that you'd like to use your Cineville card again!
- Log in on our website (not possible in the app)
- Under Membership you'll find your old Cineville card, click on Reactivate here
- Select your preferred starting date and let us know if you still have your old card or you would like us to create a new one for you. Click Continue
- If your previous Cineville membership was created with a giftcard, we'll ask you to complete an iDeal payment of €0,01. With this payment you give us the permission to charge you for your membership and deduct the monthly membership costs from your account via direct debit.
- Once the previous steps are completed, click Confirm to make your return to Cineville official
Please note: when you reactivate your membership, the minimum membership term is again 4 full calendar months. Did you let us know that you would like to receive a brand new Cineville card? Please go to your account and check if your address is still up to date and if not, please update it. This also applies to your payment details.
If you'd like to rejoin Cineville but it has been over 6 months that you were a member, you're more than welcome but you'll have to order a new membership. You can apply for a new membership here. After 6 months of inactivity we will delete all your personal data because we value your privacy. You can read more about this in our Privacy Statement. This is why you won't be able to reactivate your membership after a period of 6 months.
