Help, I can't log in to the App

Did you receive a message that a login code has been sent but didn't receive an email? Check your spam! Some inboxes may take a little longer to receive the email, so please wait a moment before trying again.

Did you receive the message "Oops, something went wrong logging in" after entering your code? Request a new code and try again.

Did you receive the message "Account not found"? If you're sure you have an account with this email address and still receive this message, please send an email to klantenservice@cineville.nl, and we'll look into it for you.
