The general terms and conditions for the Kids card are the same as for the regular Cineville card, which you can find here. With the exception of Article 2.3, Article 3.1 through 3.8, Article 4.3, 4.4, 4.6 and 4.7, Article 5.2, Article 7 and Article 8.
Additionally, the following terms are applied:
- The Cineville Kids card can only be ordered for children up to 11 years of age, including children who will turn 12 during the term of the card.
- The Cineville Kids card will be sold until January 4 2026. After this period, it will no longer be possible to order a Kids card.
- The Kids card is valid for 12 months from the start date. This term cannot be (temporarily) interrupted. There is no right to a refund of the membership fee.
- We will debit a one-time fee of €60 for the Kids card from the bank account provided with the order. By providing your bank account number, you are authorising this direct debit. If the direct debit fails, you will automatically receive a payment reminder by email.
- The Cineville Kids card may not be used for films with a age rating of 14 or higher. If we see that the Kids card is being used for films that are not suitable for children, we will send a one-time warning by email. The next time, we reserve the right to block the Kids card. In that case, there is no right to a refund of the membership fee.
