We were thrilled to bring joy to so many young film lovers with their very own Cineville card. However, after a one-year trial, we have decided not to continue the initiative for the time being. This means there will be no new opportunities to order a Kids Card, and existing cards cannot be renewed.
What does this mean for your Kids Card(s)?
- Your Kids Card will automatically expire 1 year after its start date. You don't need to take any action yourself.
- The Kids Card was available to purchase between October 13, 2025, and January 4, 2026. Depending on when you joined, your card will automatically end between October 13, 2026, and January 4, 2027 at the latest. Until then, you can keep enjoying unlimited films. You can find your exact start date in the confirmation email you received after signing up.
- Two weeks before the membership ends, our system automatically sends a reminder email mentioning an option to renew. Please note that this renewal information does not apply to the Kids Card.
- The adult Cineville membership linked to the Kids Card will remain active. You can manage the duration of your own membership via your online account.

Which children's films are playing?
Cineville’s showtimes list all the films showing in Cineville cinemas. You can use the 'Kids’ filter to see all children's films. Additionally, we maintain an overview of all kids’ screenings at cineville.nl/kinderfilms. You can also sign up for our seasonal Kids Card newsletter (in Dutch) with recommendations sent straight to your inbox!
About the Cineville Kids Card
With a Cineville Kids Card, children up to 12 years old can go to the movies as often as they like with their parents (or grandpa, sister, cousin, nanny) in over 80 independent cinemas throughout the Netherlands. The Kids Card was temporarily on sale for € 60 per year (€ 5 per month) and available exclusively in combination with an active adult Cineville membership.
