How can I reactivate my membership with a gift voucher?
You can reactivate your membership and Cineville card with a gift voucher by sending an email to our customer support team via klantenservice@cineville.nl. If you mention your voucher code and your old card number, our customer support will arrange it for you!
This is only possible when your membership ended less than 6 months ago. If it ended earlier, you can order a new membership online and use your gift voucher in the ordering process.
