How do I redeem a giftcard?
If you received a gift voucher, you can redeem it as follows:
- Go to the order form and follow the steps to order a Cineville card
- In step 4. Membership, apply your code by entering it in the field for a code and then complete your order. You don't have to make a payment and you'll immediately see the expiration date of your Cineville card
- You will receive a temporary Cineville card in your inbox and a physical, plastic card on your doorstep within two weeks
Your Cineville card automatically expires after the number of gift months you receive (this period cannot be interrupted). You can always extend or reactivate your Cineville card in your account.
