Can I use my card right away?

Absolutely! You'll immediately receive a temporary Cineville card by email; this is a pdf-file you can print or show digitally for your first visits to the cinema. In the meantime your official, physical card will be printed and sent to your address within 10 business days. Please note: your temporary card has a temporary card number which will expire after a while. The date it will be deactivated is written on the card. The physical card you receive at your address has a different card number.

Our app also provides a digital card you can use to visit the cinema's. To be able to use this digital card you have to login with your account and your card has to be linked to the account.

When you choose a future startdate for your membership, this will be the date you can start using your Cineville card. You will not receive a temporary card when this starting date is far in the future and your physical card will arrive in time. Please note: at some cinema's, you're not able to make reservations before your card is active.
