How do I cancel my reservation?

Can't make your reservation? We appreciate it when you let us know in time. This way the cinema is able to still give your seat to another filmlover.

You can cancel your reservation via the confirmation email about your reservation you received from the cinema in question. In most cases you find a link in this email that gives you the opportunity to cancel the reservation. If not, it will provide you with information about their cancellation process.

Cancelling via the link in the confirmation mail is the best way to let the cinema and Cineville know that the seat is available again. When you cancel by calling or emailing the cinema, only they know that the reservation is cancelled. Your reservation will still be active in Cineville's system and you will probably get an automated mail from us saying that we missed you at the showing.
